Okay so thought I’d redeem myself from a scarcity of boujee brunches with this one! 🤩 Baked nectarines with proscuitto and mozzarella, topped with a drizzle of honey & mint! Don’t decide this one earlier than you’ve tried it, flavours are insaneee! 👏🏽

I sliced the nectarines into wedges and baked in a 180 diploma oven for 5-10 minutes. Sliced and toasted my bread (this was walnut and sunflower seed from morrisons). To place it collectively I layered a nectarine slice, then some proscuitto & then some torn mozzarella and repeated the method weaving the proscuitto in between. Then I drizzled a bit of honey & chopped mint on prime & that’s it…. TO DIE FOR!! & sure I do know the pics don’t slap however this actually did! 🤤 The nectarines go good and mushy inside & are scorching out the oven so heightened flavour!
