Hellooo glad Sunday! For lunch I made some Vietnamese spring rolls since I had a random however robust longing for them haha. I’ve by no means been the perfect at folding them or making them look good, however I actually suppose that is my greatest work up to now! Positively not on the normal stage, however progress is progress😂
Wrapped up within the rolls are crab meat, lettuce, shredded carrots, purple cabbage, and parsley. I dipped them in a peanut sauce (retailer purchased sorry!) as a result of you may’t do spring rolls with out a dip;)
