Peri Peri Rooster & Carrot Fritter Burger 🧡 Couldn’t get extra orange if I attempted… oops! I do-it-yourself a peri peri sauce which I marinated the rooster in & used the remainder to make a peri mayo. Then I whipped up some carrot fritters and threw it within the bun together with some leftover aubergine slices (ran out of salad therefore the shortage of color range 😔) & in fact do-it-yourself chips… wow that was a mouthful. Actually! This was attractive 🤤 – hit me up for the recipes 👩🏽🍳
