On Friday I whipped up a maple roasted parsnip, onion & rosemary soup and served it with my leftover focaccia bread that I’d made the day earlier than! Parsnips are such a seasonal veggie and this was so warming & scrumptious and began to make me really feel Christmassy 🥰 I made mine thicc trigger that’s how I prefer it, however might simply be made thinner with additional water. Completed it off with a boujee garnish of roasted parsnips & rosemary, this didn’t half slap! 👅 I even shock deliveroo’d it to my grandparents 😇 Tutorial coming sooon x
