Combine in:
✨220g softened unsalted butter
✨150g mild brown sugar
✨75g granulated sugar
🥄 whisk till fluffy
✨2 giant eggs
✨2tsp vanilla extract
🥄 whisk these in
✨275g plain flour
✨1tsp bicarbonate of soda
✨1tsp salt
🥄 combine till mixed
✨150g choc chips
✨170g rolo’s
🥄 fold in & prime with..
✨50g salted caramel sauce
🥄 pour into baking tray roughly & bake for 25 minutes at 160 levels c (fan)
