The dressing makes this so fulfilling & is a fairly easy one to whip up!! Simply combine collectively:
🥢 60ml olive oil
🥢 60ml rice wine vinegar
🥢 1 half tbsps maple syrup
🥢 three tbsps sesame oil
🥢 juice of half a lime
🥢 1 half tsps soy sauce
🥢 pinch of salt
🥢 1 clove ginger minced
🥢 1 inch ginger, finely chopped
🥢 chilli flakes
🍜 Add to lengthy shreds of carrot, cucumber & vermicelli noodles soaked in boiling water & prime with sesame seeds & crushed peanuts 🤟🏽 scrumptious!
